Job Summary
About the Role
As a solutions Consultant, you'll assist in driving sales revenue within defined territories by promoting
value-driven logistics and supply chain solutions
. You'll work closely with the UPS Sales Team to identify target customers, understand business challenges, and craft tailored solutions that deliver measurable results.
Leveraging UPS's expertise in
engineering, technology, finance, and supply chain design
, you'll provide consultative support that enhances customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead
virtual and in-person meetings
with customers and UPS experts to discuss solution design, implementation, and performance.
Achieve revenue targets
through consultative selling and strategic account management.
Build and nurture
long-term customer relationships
that drive sustained growth.
Document and report activities
(meetings, calls, training) to keep internal teams aligned and informed.
Manage solution documentation via
Microsoft Teams
and other CRM tools for transparency and efficiency.
Deliver
training sessions
on UPS technologies to keep sales teams and customers current on new features and best practices.
Prepare and present
insightful reports
on trends, technology initiatives, and performance metrics.
Onboard and train customers
to ensure they get maximum value from UPS products and solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business
, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
(MBA preferred).
2-5 years
of experience in supply chain consulting, logistics sales, or enterprise solution selling.
Proven ability to analyze complex customer processes and develop customized, tech-enabled solutions.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
skills.
Familiarity with
supply chain technologies, logistics software, or digital platforms
