Scope of Work
Improving ADB's Data Assets (IADA)
? IADA is an ongoing project and aims to improve the value of ADB's key data assets by making them
reliable, available in near real-time and accessible through dramatic modernization of business
processes as part of ADB's digital transformation agenda. Its product, ADB Integrated Data Ecosystem
(AIDE), seeks to create a collaborative environment where all ADB stakeholders have easy access to
trusted data so that they can use data to support ADB's mission in new and innovative ways.
? This project will promote staff's confidence on the reliability of data by ensuring that the key data
obtained from single version of truth is accurate. Less time will be spent in gathering, cleansing, and
preparing data before its use. Master Data and Reference Data managed in AIDE must be consumed
by downstream systems, including PPP M&E and GEMS, to avoid duplication of efforts and ensure data
is all systems is consistent, accurate and of a high quality. As a result, more time will become available
for analytics and insights generation to support data driven decision making. In terms of data coverage,
the project is focusing ADB Institutional data (e.g., Operations, Financials, ...).
