Description Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

-Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and

challenges.

- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.

Solution Customization:

- Collaborate with the product and development teams to customize

solutions based on client requirements.

- Ensure seamless integration and deployment of our SaaS platform.

Product Demos and Training:

- Conduct product demonstrations showcasing the capabilities and value

proposition of Konnect Insights.

- Provide training sessions to clients for effective platform utilization.

Needs Analysis:

- Conduct needs analysis to identify opportunities for upselling and

cross-selling additional services.

- Proactively address client concerns and provide effective solutions.

Documentation:

- Create comprehensive documentation for client-specific configurations

and customizations.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and requirements.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably as a Solutions Consultant

or in a similar capacity within the SaaS industry.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to translate client needs into technical requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proficiency in using and presenting SaaS platforms.

- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and technologies.

Note:

Skills- Excellent communication, Presentation, Cure Solution consulting back ground preferable, good to have some technical skills
