Role Overview:
The Global Remote Delivery Team operates in the Application Services, Client Engineering, Automation and Cyber Security space. Working at the cutting edge, we provide solutions and support services for our customers globally. The Global Remote Delivery Team is looking for a leader who will cultivate strong customer relationships ensuring a \'customer for life\' relationship. Holds responsibility for achieving the Dell Technologies Bar of Excellence as the highest level of Customer Satisfaction for every customer. Acts as the trusted advisor to the customers executive team. Work collaboratively across customer key stakeholder organizations such as line of business leaders and IT decision makers. Working independently or as a team lead consulting with others as an SME. May Lead multi-functional teams at program management level and coordinates activities across multiple projects. Participates as an SME in developing internal training content and delivery. Key Responsibilities:
  • Recognize and troubleshoot moderate technical problems within acceptable service levels, work on multiple customer incidents and requests simultaneously.
  • Monitor and react appropriately to output from tools and monitoring systems, escalate complex incidents after exhausting troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Assist in ensuring the future stability of infrastructure and customer data, create content for technical solutions which contributes to internal knowledge bases and departmental documentation .
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional and inter-department teams, support vendor escalations working with program stakeholders.
  • Consider potential security impacts to the customer and Dell when delivering services, deliver great customer experiences at every opportunity.

  • 3+ years of related experience using Service Now to manage incidents, problems, and requests
  • M365 Administration experience for large complex organizations including:
    • Identity and Access Management
    • Exchange Online
    • Teams for Business
    • SharePoint Online
    • OneDrive for Business
    • Office 365 Applications
    • M365 Security Center
  • Strong organization and planning skills to contribute to the successful delivery of program objectives
  • Experience utilizing ServiceNow or another ITIL platform for incident and request management
  • Assist in documenting processes and Knowledge base materials, willingness to participate in a customer support on-call rotation

Desirable Requirements
  • Microsoft M365 Foundations certification(s)
