Overview:
We are seeking

Solution Architect

and

Senior Solution Architect

professionals with deep expertise in ServiceNow platform implementation, administration, and enhancement. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules, integration capabilities, and ITIL-based practices. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.


Responsibilities:
Implement and administer ServiceNow modules, ensuring platform stability and continuous improvement. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions following best practices. Perform enhancements including UI changes, workflows, and system configurations. Work extensively with ServiceNow Glide objects (GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax). Facilitate rollout of new applications and modules. Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions as a trusted advisor. Assist with ServiceNow upgrades ensuring minimal disruption to IT operations. Maintain configuration consistency across development, testing, and production environments. Analyze issues, estimate efforts, and propose solutions or prototypes. Integrate systems using web services and technologies (XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP). Manage multiple projects concurrently with flexibility and efficiency. Apply ITIL concepts and Agile methodologies (SCRUM experience is a plus). Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of tasks. Mentor junior analysts and manage work against demanding timelines.
Requirements:

Primary Skills:



Deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform (navigation, administration, configuration, scripting). Experience with ServiceNow modules:

ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB

. Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and IT Service Management practices (

ITIL v3 certification preferred

). Experience in system integration using REST/SOAP APIs and web technologies. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Secondary Skills:



Understanding of project delivery lifecycle and processes. Practical experience in creating or modifying CSM, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM components. Exposure to cloud technologies and SaaS environments. Proven experience implementing ITSM tools and processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management). * Agile/SCRUM experience is a plus.
