Overview

Seeking a skilled and experienced Solution Architect - Blue Yonder ESP to design, implement, and support enterprise-level supply chain planning solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management principles, hands-on expertise with Blue Yonder ESP, and the ability to work closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and business-aligned solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver end-to-end supply chain planning solutions using the Blue Yonder ESP module to improve planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall supply chain performance. Analyze existing business processes, gather and document functional and technical requirements, and translate them into effective solution designs. Lead and support all phases of delivery, including solution design, configuration, development support, user acceptance testing, implementation, change management, and post-go-live hyper-care. Configure, customize, and deploy Blue Yonder ESP solutions to meet complex business requirements and organizational standards. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define functional designs, identify comprehensive test cases, and support testing and validation activities. Partner with business stakeholders to define real-world business scenarios for testing and ensure solutions meet operational needs. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, adoption, and satisfaction. Lead or support integrations between Blue Yonder ESP and ERP systems or other enterprise applications. Develop and deliver training sessions, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption by business users and support teams.
Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Consultant with a strong focus on Blue Yonder (JDA) ESP. Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes, methodologies, and industry best practices. Proven hands-on experience configuring and customizing the Blue Yonder ESP module. Strong technical expertise in Oracle database concepts, PL/SQL scripting, systems infrastructure, system development, and the software development life cycle (SDLC). Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams. Blue Yonder ESP certification(s) are preferred.

Pay: ?3,000,000.00 - ?3,500,000.00 per year
