Hiring for the role Solutions Architect for our Financial Services customers in the SMGS team.
Key job responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to accelerate their business outcomes on AWS
• Drive technical solutions discussions with your customers, diving deep into the details to solve complex technical challenges and craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures
• Thought leader playing a role in educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers, blogs, and running workshops, etc .
• Deeply understand AWS platform and architectural best practices. Also develop unique technical capability, be it specialized knowledge in a particular technical or industry domain where you will become a go-to person for both customer and your team
• As a Builder, you'll shape the direction of our products and services through gathering feedback from customers whilst collaborating with our engineering and service teams

A day in the life
The primary focus of the role is to help financial services customers in their AWS journey. You will demonstrate technical depth, deep understanding of the financial services domain and business acumen. Thought leadership, strong communication skills demonstrating clarity of thought and deeper understanding of customer requirements and earning their trust is crucial for success.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
- Strong Tech fundamentals
- Solid hands-on experience across Applications Architecture / Databases (SQL/No-SQL) / Infrastructure/ Network and Security
- Demonstrates breadth of knowledge across Data, Analytics and Machine Learning
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud Technology Certification (such as Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional or Cloud DevOps Engineering)
- Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
- Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
- Experience in working with customers in Financial Services industry (Banks/NBFC/Insurance/ Capital Markets) in India in a customer facing role
