Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Solutions Architect

to design and lead the technical implementation of our

finance automation platform

. The role bridges business requirements, system architecture, and implementation strategy. You will translate

Statement of Work (SOW)

requirements into robust solutions, guide technical teams, and drive platform evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture:

Develop end-to-end finance automation workflows (reconciliation, book closure, reporting) using

C4 models

, BPM tools, and architecture standards.

Technical Leadership:

Mentor implementation engineers, lead design reviews, and ensure solution quality across projects.

Platform Strategy:

Identify opportunities for feature development, integrations, and platform optimization in collaboration with internal teams.

Client Delivery:

Engage with enterprise clients during pre-sales and implementation phases; design scalable, compliant financial solutions.

Compliance & Standards:

Ensure all architectures align with

Ind AS, IFRS, and GAAP

compliance requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

Contribute to product roadmap, technical documentation, and emerging technology adoption.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in

solution architecture

, preferably in

fintech or enterprise software

. Expertise in

system integration, API design, microservices, and BPM

. Strong programming background in

Python, Java, or similar languages

. Proficiency with

cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

and

containerization

. Solid understanding of

data architecture, ETL pipelines

, and real-time processing. In-depth financial domain knowledge including

ERP/GL/AP/AR systems

, reconciliation, and automation. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certifications in

TOGAF, Zachman

, or related frameworks. Experience with

finance automation tools

(Blackline, Trintech, Anaplan). Familiarity with

Power BI, Tableau, Looker

, or similar analytics platforms. Exposure to

DevOps, CI/CD pipelines

, and

AI/ML in finance automation

.
