Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Solutioning & Pre-Sales Specialist to drive business growth for Taevas Global s service offerings, including:
Legal Representation, Distribution Services, Logistics Handling, Import Services for Medical Devices, Pharma, and Consumer Companies worldwide.
The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen, industry knowledge, and solution-selling expertise to engage prospects, lead pre-sales activities, and provide tailored service solutions. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood, proposals are aligned with service capabilities, and opportunities are successfully converted into revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solutioning & Pre-Sales
Understand client requirements and craft tailored solutions across Taevas Global s service offerings.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Legal teams to align service capabilities with client needs.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and service demonstrations for potential clients.
Participate in RFP/RFI responses, pre-sales meetings, and solution workshops.
Provide technical and commercial input to sales strategies and pricing models.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Serve as a trusted advisor for clients during the pre-sales cycle.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand business objectives and pain points.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs.
Act as a point of contact for client queries regarding service scope, delivery, and feasibility.
3. Market & Industry Analysis
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory landscapes in medical devices, pharma, and consumer sectors.
Support marketing and business development teams with insights for targeted campaigns.
Leverage data to refine solution offerings, proposal effectiveness, and client engagement strategies.
4. Sales Enablement & Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to delivery teams.
Train internal teams on service capabilities, client expectations, and solution nuances.
Provide feedback on service enhancements, process improvements, and market requirements
