Job Description


: Manager / Senior Manager for Solutioning, pre-sales and strategy role. The right person will work closely with the Business Development Teams and Practice teams to create proposals with a successful presentation of the company\'s services and solutions in response to RFPs and RFIs. Create proposals in response to RFPs and RFIs in a detailed and professional manner Coordination and collaboration with the Bid Management teams and BU teams for an effective delivery of solution-based presentations Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving multiple customer opportunities in parallel Support on other ad-hoc requests or initiatives such as executive presentations, ad-hoc reports, etc. Responsible for Management reporting and maintaining a strong collaboration with the different stakeholders Ability to identify risks, critical dependencies & gaps and provide resolutions Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge People Management Be a strong team player Learn and develop team management skill. Primary Skills: Experience of working in a top-tier consulting firm or in any of the industries listed - Public sector, Financial services, Automotive, Consumer Products, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Technology etc. Experience working with local and global stakeholders. Presentation skills Strong Communication Skills Business Development Skills Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power point (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense as a secondary technical skillset) Strong analytics and problem-solving skills Leadership skills Client relationship building skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple sales opportunities at the same time Ability to adapt to the challenging assignments and deliver the output within stipulated timelines Secondary Skills: B.E. / B.Tech. + MBA (preferably from a premier institute such as IIMs, NITIE, SP Jain, XLRI, ISB, FMS etc.) with a good academic background Experience in creating proposals in response to RFPs/RFIs Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client) Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
