:About Oracle APAC ISV BusinessOracle APAC ISV team is one of the fastest-growing and high-performing business units in APAC. Much of this growth stems from enterprises shifting toward adopting cloud-native ISV SaaS solutions. Industry analysts predict exponential growth in the ISV market over the coming years, making it a key growth pillar for every hyperscaler.Our Cloud engineering team works on pitch-to-production scenarios of bringing ISVs' solutions on the Oracle cloud (#oci) with an aim to provide a cloud platform for running their business which is better performant, more flexible, more secure, compliant to open-source technologies and offers multiple innovation options yet being most cost effective. The team walks along the path with our customers and are being regarded as a trusted techno-business advisors by them.Required Skills/ExperienceYour versatility and hands-on expertise will be your greatest asset as you deliver on time bound implementation work items and empower our customers to harness the full power of OCI. We also look for:

• Bachelor level or higher degree in Computer Science, CIS, Informatics, Mathematics, Engineering or other relevant subject area.
• 8+ years of professional work experience
• Hands on experience with at least one cloud - OCI, Azure, GCP or AWS.
• Deep technical experience working with container technology such as Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, build management and CI/CD tools (Concourse, Jenkins), and observability tools etc.
• Experienced in Kubernetes internals and ecosystem frameworks (servicemesh, kube-system, pvc, configmap, security etc.)
• Experience with deployment and operational know-how of open-source stack on Kubernetes such as; Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack etc.
• Full-stack engineering experience including frontend frameworks (ReactJS / NextJS etc.)
• Experienced in serverless computing services (Lambda / OCI Functions)
• Experience in cloud compute, storage and networking. security (hardening postures, WAF, Network firewall etc.)
• Experience using or managing Windows, Linux and other OS on cloud.
• Experience in scripting language (preferably Shell and Python) for automation of build tasks.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform (including Terraform Modules) & Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with cloud migration practices, resilient deployment and other cloud best practices.
• Good written/Verbal Communication, Presentation, Interactive skills with team across geography.
• Should have any Cloud Associate Architect or higher certification.
• Good to have Kubernetes Certification (CKA / CKAD)
• Flexible to work either independently or work in tandem with our engineering team to identify and implement the most efficient cloud-based solutions for the company.

Career Level - IC4Responsibilities:What You'll DoAs a solution specialist, you will work closely with our cloud architects and key stakeholders of ISVs to propagate awareness and drive implementation of OCI native as well as open-source cloud-native technologies by ISV customers.

• Plan and deliver for system and application migration / implementation to OCI work items for a cloud native stack deployment adhering to the client's technical and business requirements.
• Analyze run time issues, determine root cause, recommend / implement remedial measures for Kubernetes / container based deployments
• Guide and help in driving customers application modernization initiatives adopting OKE (Kubernetes) based deployment models
• Cover end-to-end implementation flow of cloud-native solutions including DevOps pipelines, build-deploy cycles as well as relevant observability configurations.
• Automate the build and configuration of cloud-native solutions on OCI
• Build solutions that can be repeatedly deployed and scaled by applying unique, multidisciplinary practice to ensure the stability, scalability, performance, and operational success.
• Help driving OCI customer consumption by accelerating the adoption / implementation of OCI cloud native services.
• Participate in Pre-Sales and Post Sales discussions with cloud architects to help design solution to fit customer requirements.
• Present Demo / PoCs to customers
• Key technology areas include: Core Infra services, Containers, Kubernetes ecosystem, Serverless, DevOps, DevSecOps, App. / Pod / Container observability.
