We are hiring for a Solution Services Advocate (SSA).
This role is mainly about helping customers get their technical issues resolved faster by coordinating with different internal teams. It is a semi-technical profile, ideal for candidates who want to grow into a Level-0/1 technical role in servers or storage.
What You Will Do?
Track customer cases and make sure they are resolved quickly.
Follow up with technical teams and keep customers updated.
Document issues, delays, and resolutions correctly.
Escalate risks or delays to senior leaders.
Learn and upgrade to basic technical skills related to server or storage support.
Work across multiple departments like logistics, field support, delivery teams, etc.

What We Need
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Basic understanding of IT or infrastructure is a plus.
Experience with tools like Salesforce or ServiceNow.
Willing to work in global shifts and time zones.
