  • Speciality Sales -Cloud Services is kyndryl’s key interface to the clients and is responsible to understand business and application requirements, developing cloud strategy, cloud architecture and cloud solutions to create business and technical value for the client to win business engagements
  • This requires consultative sales engagements with the clientfor cloud services including cloud design cloud migration, cloud deployment, cloud managed servicesJob role requires sound technical knowledge, proven business acumen and differentiating client interfacing ability.
  • Candidate is required to anticipate, create and define an innovative technical approach,which matches customer’s needs and Kyndryl tactical and strategic requirements.Key:
  • Identify and develop new engagementsthat align with customer business needs and strategy. Work with Account Partners and Presales to Identify and engage with clients. Weightage 40%.
  • Invest in being trusted advisor and key technical leader and influencer to architect client decisions to procure budget for Application, Platform and infrastructure Solutions. Candidate will own and drive to win the technical decision of clients for sales opportunities and use cases, through consultative approach and method, including presentationsand demonstrations thatshowcase capabilities of Kydnryl Cloud Services. Weightage 40%.
  • Skill and territory management to invest and keep updated of competitive and technology landscape. Attain technical certifications, share knowledge and represent Kyndryl in industry forum. Weightage 20%.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Degree preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field desired. Business degree preferred not necessary.
  • 12+ years of technology related solution sales experience, in technology sales, cloud /cloud services environment;
  • Problem solving -through cloud technologies especially application and platform and expertise in selling to CxO by co-creating solutionsto the customer’s overall business plan and transformation needs.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms AWS/Amazon/GCP, hybrid cloud technologies, platforms, tools and service.
  • Understanding of complementing tools and approaches.
  • Ability to engage with developers and IT architects as trusted advisors as well
  • Lead technical workshop thru whiteboarding
  • Foundation Cloud certified from AWS/Microsoft Azure/GCP
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems including cloud providers and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs
  • Demonstrated track record of outstanding performance and exceeding goals
  • Success-driven, Interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customer facing role
