The team you\'ll be part of The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams. Main Responsibility Area: Manages Pre-sales stakeholders for solution capabilities from multiple technologies Defines new & innovative solutions to define and package integrated solutions Development of junior team members to bring up technology level Demonstrates capability to produce pre-sales deliverables and feedback to the PLM for the improvements Uses the globally defined cost management tool Technical and Commercial Evaluation of Solutions Provide feedback on customer needs for sales package definition Represents own Line of Business as a member of pre-sales team Coaches junior Service Product Managers/Specialists Understands the financial impact of taken decisions and actions Creates, maintains and uses benchmarks Innovation and Automation implementation for improved efficiency Driving the required business reports and data analysis : Responsible for Pre-sales services deliverables e.g. solution cost, design, document and standardization Technical SME across the areas of Cloud Native, Public / Private cloud, Containerized & Telco grade solution so as to link the technology aspects into the solutioning considerations Automation and Innovation Project lead Presales leadership for the Nokia Core Networks Services portfolio for Global customer base Support cross global business solutions definition wherever applicable Provide feedback on competitive solution strategy for end customer Own cross business group handovers for the lead/support solutions Manage Global stakeholders and lead technology areas by addressing challenges raised by team Proactive leading E2E solution in alignment with counterparts to ensure effectiveness and completeness Desired Skills: Hand-on experience as a Telcom Solution architect and RFP answering. Excellent understanding of virtualization/containerization technologies Excellent understanding of EPC/IMS/UDM/5GCore technologies Hands-on Experience on AWS/VM Ware/Oracle Cloud solution Excellent Understanding of E2E solutions and services for turnkey projects. Excellent understanding Telecom Architecture/Standard like ETSI NFV, MANO & SDN Excellent Understanding of the presales/delivery lifecycle Excellent Team Player Excellent communication skills (oral & written) Excellent Interpersonal skills MS office skills in advanced level (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to think Out of the Box and from E2E perspective. Flexibility and willingness to accept any extra work to complete task on time Telecommunication product and solution knowledge Openness for new situation and changes Innovation to take up new ideas for process / tools improvement Openness for interfacing with interfaces external to the team Customer Business understanding Software Business Understanding Presentation skills Self-Driven Education Required: B.
