Lead

to craft bespoke tech learning solutions, program design and curriculum for top-tier clients. You'll engage with stakeholders, customer tech teams and L&D teams - to design and deliver technology programs that drive skill and capability development for our customers."

Who You Are:

10+ years in tech L&D teams, EdTech or IT services organizations hailing form a technology background

you could be a tech trainer or expert facilitating tech programs for diverse target audience
Strong grasp of tech stacks, LMS and program design and development
Proven experience in designing and curating customized learning journeys

Stellar client engagement & communication skills

What You'll Do:

Understand client tech needs & skill gaps

Design Program outline and curriculum
Orchestrate learning journeys using our EdTech platform
Evaluate trainers & align content to client context
Ensure program success through absolute mapping of course outline and program details
