You'll lead presales efforts across a worldwide customer base, craft competitive solution strategies, and drive high-value engagements. If leading a team of talented solution architects excites you, you'll love guiding them to deliver excellence in core network solutions. You'll also play a key role in defining cross-business global solutions, owning smooth handovers, and proactively leading end-to-end solutions that are as effective as they are innovative.   • Prepare and review key service deliverables, including solution costs, technical designs, and documentation.
  • Serve as a technical consultant with expertise in Nokia Core Network Integration.
  • Lead presales activities for the Nokia Core Networks portfolio across a global customer base.
  • Guide and support a high-performing team of solution architects specializing in Core Network solutions.
  • Collaborate on cross-regional business solutions to ensure cohesive and scalable outcomes.
  • Define and implement competitive solution strategies tailored to customer requirements.
  • Own and manage seamless handovers between business groups for lead and support solutions.
  • Proactively lead end-to-end solution development, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and completeness.
Qualifications:You have:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics / Computer or Equivalent degree with 10+ years of experience in E2E solutions, services for turnkey projects, and understanding of the presales/delivery lifecycle
  • Technical knowledge of 5G, 4G core networks, Edge solutions, Automation & AI areas
  • Strong grasp of the presales and delivery lifecycle, with a proven track record in driving innovation and automation across processes and tools
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Knowledge of telecom-related security and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001)
  • Certifications in architecture or project management frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, PMP, SAFe)
  • Experience with AI/ML use cases in telecom areas (e.g., predictive maintenance, network optimization)
