In this role, you will own the end-to-end CRO process--from hypothesis generation and prioritization to test execution and analysis--with a focus on improving conversion rates across key digital funnels. You will collaborate cross-functionally with design, analytics, product, engineering, and marketing to drive measurable improvements in user experience and business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic

Define and evolve the CRO strategy in alignment with clients' business goals, customer segments, and growth priorities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define KPIs, prioritize test hypotheses, and identify high-impact conversion opportunities. Translate business challenges into testable hypotheses and structured experimentation roadmaps. Develop customer journey optimization strategies based on user behavior, segmentation, and intent signals. Leverage both qualitative and quantitative insights--including heuristic evaluations--to uncover friction points and conversion gaps. Present strategic recommendations and test outcomes to executive stakeholders with a clear link to business impact. Align CRO initiatives with broader marketing, acquisition, and product strategies through close partnership with analytics, UX, and digital marketing teams. Stay current on industry trends, tools, and testing methodologies to continuously enhance CRO practices.

Operational

Own and manage the end-to-end CRO process--from research and ideation to test execution, performance analysis, and iteration. Conduct usability testing, surveys, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to extract actionable insights. Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, developers, and analysts to implement and launch optimization experiments. Develop and maintain standardized frameworks, templates, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across client engagements. Continuously monitor test performance, optimize based on results, and document outcomes, learnings, and next steps. Lead regular client meetings to share progress, review test results, and align on future priorities. Prioritize and manage test backlogs across multiple accounts in coordination with internal account teams and client stakeholders.

People

Mentor and upskill junior team members in CRO methodologies and experimentation best practices. Facilitate internal workshops and presentations to communicate CRO strategies, findings, and impact. Maintain a centralized repository of test learnings to ensure knowledge-sharing across teams. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive successful execution of CRO initiatives.
