Role Summary
The Solution Lead is responsible for driving solution development and bid responses in coordination with Sales, Solutioning, Pricing, and Delivery teams. The role focuses on translating client requirements into well-defined, competitive, and executable solutions that align with Exela's capabilities and value proposition.
Core Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end solution design for assigned opportunities -- from requirement analysis to final submission.
Collaborate with Sales, FP&A, and technical teams to define scope, pricing models, and delivery assumptions.
Ensure solution alignment with client objectives, Exela's service catalog, and compliance standards.
Support RFP/RFI responses by developing solution narratives, costing inputs, and supporting documentation.
Participate in client presentations and internal reviews to validate technical and commercial fit.
Work closely with PMO and Opportunity Owners to track solution progress and ensure timely submission within BEATS.
Maintain updated knowledge of Exela offerings, market trends, and competitor positioning to strengthen proposals.
Key Skills & Experience
6-8 years of experience in solutioning, pre-sales, or bid management (preferably in BPM, Healthcare, or Enterprise Services).
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with MS Office, BEATS (or similar bid management tools), and cost modeling frameworks.
Ability to translate business needs into practical, outcome-driven solutions.
Performance Indicators
Solution Win Rate (% of submitted bids converted to wins)
Quality and completeness of solution documentation
Timeliness of delivery within defined BEATS milestones
Stakeholder satisfaction (Sales, FP&A, Delivery, and Leadership feedback)
