Key Responsibilities
3-5 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro. Strong skills in configuration, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and solution architecture. Experience in authoring resources and workbook creation. Admin-level Kinaxis certifications are a plus. Solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts. Knowledge of data models in Demand/Supply planning applications. Experience in working with systems integration and ETL tools, data mapping, and data flows is a plus. Experience working with relational databases and SQL. Demonstrated expertise across the full solution development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional design, testing, deployment, and user training. Experience with Jira and Confluence. Strong analytical and documentation skills. Strong communication and training skills to upskill others in Kinaxis Maestro. Very good English language skills in word and writing. Self-responsible, independent and solution-oriented working methods. Hands-on mentality. Willingness to learn and grow in integration technologies if not already experienced.
