The Inbound Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing relevant product information. The role also requires adherence to compliance guidelines, lead generation, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Handle Inbound Calls:

Respond to customer queries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally.

Request & Complaint Management:

Log service requests and complaints accurately in the CRM system.

Lead Generation:

Identify customer needs, generate leads, and educate customers on new banking products and their benefits.

Compliance Adherence:

Follow all regulatory, process, and compliance guidelines to ensure secure and ethical service delivery.

Performance Metrics:

Meet monthly scorecard parameters, including quality, accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge Management:

Maintain updated knowledge of bank products, services, systems, and processes.

Sales Achievement:

Work towards meeting the assigned sales targets through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Process Improvement:

Capture recurring issues, highlight problem areas, and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

Skills & Competencies Required



Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong ability to comprehend and interpret customer information. Customer-centric mindset with strong service orientation. Basic knowledge of banking products and credit cards (preferred). Good listening skills, patience, and ability to handle customer pressure. Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
