IRM and SecOps capabilities
across projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and configure solutions on the
ServiceNow platform
Work on
JavaScript, Web Services, and integrations
Configure ServiceNow UI/UX components including:
Business Rules
Flow Designer
UI Builder & UI Pages
DB Views
Develop client-specific reports and dashboards
Translate business and technical requirements into clear implementation plans
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and architecture notes
Collaborate with ServiceNow Cloud Infrastructure and technical teams
Contribute across the full stack using
Experience leading or owning solution development in client environments
Hands-on experience with
ServiceNow Tokyo and San Diego versions
Strong understanding of SaaS environments
Experience with web technologies: XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to consult, influence, and explain technical decisions with pros & cons
