We are looking for an experienced Solution Developer to join our team in Pune. As theSolution Developer you will: Responsible for modelling and developing out robotic processes during the project development stage. Actively drive innovation and change across the solution development team to improve business performance Assist the Scrum Master in reporting on the progress against schedule and budget.Follow the transition process for build into support from the CoE Works with the wider development team to develop and define application scope and objectives and prepare functional and/or technical specifications End-to-end development of robotic process automation solutions using existing technologies (Ui Path) or others as required Develops and performs system testing and fixes defects identified during testing and re-executes unit tests to validate results.Anticipates opportunities for improvement and identifies alternate solutions. To be successful in this role, you will need: 2-4years of relevant experience in application software development.Demonstrated successful experience in contributing to an automation software development team in a similar d organization Demonstrated successful experience in engaging with key business stakeholders to ensure automation requirements are being met Experience in working within agile environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills in a global environment Experience architecting and developing workflow based solutions or functionality.Experience with web development technologies preferential Experience with RPA Software (e.g.UI Path, Automation Anywhere) advantageous.Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other automation technologies. Bachelor\'s in IT, computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline. Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint presentation and Word skills.
