About the Role:

We're looking for an energetic

IT Solution Designer

with

1-2 years of experience

in designing and presenting IT infrastructure and network solutions. The role involves working closely with the

sales team

to analyze client needs, design end-to-end technical solutions, and support in

presenting or selling those solutions

to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement

IT Infrastructure, Network, CCTV Surveillance, Video Conferencing Solutions, etc

. Collaborate with the

sales team

to conduct

customer need analysis

and create tailored technical solutions. Prepare and deliver

solution presentations

and

technical proposals

to clients. Support

pre-sales activities

including solution designing, costing, and documentation. Ensure all solutions are

technically sound, scalable, and cost-effective

. Stay updated with latest

IT technologies and market trends

.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of

Networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls)

and

IT Infrastructure

(Servers, Storage, Virtualization). Exposure to

CCTV & Video Conferencing Systems

(Hikvision, CP Plus, Polycom, Logitech, etc.). Excellent

communication, presentation, and coordination

skills. Strong

problem-solving

and

analytical

mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications like

CCNA / CompTIA Network+ / MCSA

. Prior experience in

pre-sales, client interaction, or solution documentation

.
