You would be joining an existing team of 50+ professionals and help expand the Conversational AI professional services team that builds and delivers highly engaging and cutting edge chatbot/AI solutions that automate and power millions of conversations daily across the world.





Job Profile:



Digit88 is seeking a senior project manager/solutions delivery lead to join our Chatbots development team. The Solution Delivery Lead is responsible for defining and driving implementation plans for large enterprise client accounts to leverage products and solutions.





Responsibilities:



The Project Manager (PM) is a tenacious delivery manager with a laser focus upon the delivery of a solution that meets the immediate needs of the client and which is delivered within the Time to Live (T2L) goals of our organisation. The PM harnesses the expert delivery capability of staff and manages the customer expectation throughout the implementation and delivery process.


The PM designs and controls the project kick off process and ensures customer requirements are met within a detailed delivery plan and is ultimately responsible for scope, time, cost and quality. Once the customer is ready to launch, the PM coordinates testing and training of the delivered solution maintains support, the PM will work in collaboration with the Customer, the Client Service Manager (CSM) and Technical Solutions (TS) team in order to establish project scope consistent with the customer's reasonable needs. Plan Baseline - The PM will establish a project baseline and detailed plan for each implementation which will determine work packages, client and resources, responsibilities and timelines necessary to meet customer and objectives. The project plan will be in the form of a high level Gantt chart which clearly defines overall plan, interdependencies and major plan milestones. Project Management - The PM will ensure all aspects of scope, time, quality and cost are achieved or bettered through our comprehensive project management methodology. The PM will manage the Customer kick off meeting and define and control all resources identified from that meeting to ensure the agreed scope is appropriately achieved. Project Communication - The PM will communicate plan milestones and general progress through weekly client updates. Resource Allocation - The PM will identify all delivery resource needs and request resources in line with plan requirements. The PM is ultimately responsible for the quality of all delivery capability and must escalate any deficiency in order that the agreed delivery plan may be met. Performance management and optimization - Reporting - you understand how numbers impact the business and client's KPIs. You'll be responsible for entry point optimization and knowing automation metrics, and understand how technology can impact agent operations metrics. Insights and analysis - you drill down into reports and data to define hypotheses on why numbers are trending, and direct analysis goals
Action - you interpret analysis to prioritize the next actions to take as part of implementation management



Partner management - You will work closely with Partners on agent operations, conversation design, development, bot optimization and other functions to execute on projects Resource allocation - you track resource capacity and usage, making sure that our Partners resources are used as efficiently as possible

You should have proven experience in:



A consultative approach to implementation Promoting the value proposition for complex SaaS products, features and solutions Leading a software development project from a program management perspective (not writing code), with chat bot delivery as a major advantage Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals Leveraging messaging and automation technologies, including an understanding of Natural Language Understanding technologies such as DialogFlow



Preferred Skills:



5+ years experience in consumer or enterprise software is preferred; SaaS is preferred Leveraging technology to invent, automate, improve, and scale Proven ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and prioritize workload Operational and technical understanding of Contact Center environments and software
