INTRODUCTION We are looking for you, our new Solution Consultant for SAP Ariba Procure to Pay application, which supports procurement process. We are working to increase efficiency through our current set of applications and modern solutions. Our existing solution and service offerings to the procurement business in Volvo Group comprises of a mixture of varied technologies such as Microsoft, Java, Mainframe and off the shelf IT solutions like SAP Ariba, Tradeshift and SAP Fieldglass. We find ourselves on the cusp of a transformation with heavy investments to transform our existing portfolio to buy standard \'off the shelf\' IT solutions and services. We also build mobile apps and micro services, dabble with RPA and predictive data analysis and we are very curious about how technology can add value to our business. ROLE DESCRIPTION As a Solution Consultant, you will take the complete responsibility to secure the end user, business and IT requirements as well as supporting the full utilization of the SAP Ariba Procure to Pay solution. You will work closely with the Delivery Manager and Business Owner, securing the deliveries related to the solution. Key Responsibilities Maximizing the business value and vision of the solution Execution of IT solution lifecycle Manage the IT solution delivery plan within the budget frame and in line with the level of business criticality Main point of contact for business requirements, roll-out needs etc. Prioritization of changes in the IT solution in collaboration with business stakeholders Responsible for securing compliance to IT frameworks Secure communication and anchoring of solution improvements with stakeholders Manage team, external suppliers and other partners working with the IT related changes, support and maintenance activities Highly involved in the operational work.
