About the Role
As a
Solution Consultant
, you will bridge the gap between sales, product, and customer success. You'll work closely with CTOs, Engineering Leaders, and Product Managers to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes. This is a hybrid role combining technical pre-sales, consultative sales, and customer onboarding/support.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs) for enterprise and mid-sized clients.
Understand customer workflows, pain points, and tech toolchains to design tailored solutions aligned with business goals.
Build solution proposals, ROI presentations, and demonstration materials.
Own the technical onboarding process, acting as the main point-of-contact during evaluation, setup, and rollout phases.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to relay feedback and improvement opportunities.
Support internal teams by creating demo environments, guides, and use-case templates.
Contribute to regional go-to-market efforts through customer needs and market analysis.
Requirements
4-8 years of experience in SaaS pre-sales, solution consulting, or customer success in a technical role.
Strong understanding of software development workflows, Git (GitHub/GitLab), Agile or CI/CD environments.
Excellent communication skills for both engineering and business stakeholders.
Strong presentation, analytical, and storytelling abilities.
Passion for engineering productivity, DevOps, and AI-driven technology.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with developer tools, productivity analytics, or DevOps platforms.
Familiarity with engineering metrics (e.g., DORA, SPACE) or process visualization tools.
Background working with enterprise clients or global teams.
Degree in computer science, engineering, or IT is a plus.
