Our Financial Services team
The NCR Financial Services business knows that financial institutions and other players in the financial ecosystem must evolve, adapt and transform to meet increasing consumer expectations, the disruptive impact of technology and burden of regulatory oversight. NCR sells Financial Services Solutions including retail and digital Banking, Self Service Reinvention, Fraud and Security, Branch Transformation, Channel Management and Payments and Transaction Processing.
Summary of Position:
As a technical consultant, you will be expected to understand the current environment under which NCR operates, study the solution portfolio available with NCR and use this information to provide consultation to customers and create or implement solutions to meet the customer’s needs. The target market for our solutions are banks in the Indian subcontinent in the self-service (ATM) domain
This role requires good analytical abilities and excellent communication skills in addition to the various technical skills required to develop solution. You will be part of a small pool of developers who will be tasked with architecture and design of new solutions.
We are looking for bright enthusiastic people who are go getters and can work independently with minimum supervision. NCR will provide you the environment to test new ideas and really understand the close relationship between technology and business.
Responsibilities:
This position will require you to -
Study and understand the complexities in the current ATM environment. Create/Design/Develop new solutions to address customer needs. Interact with internal and external customers. Implement NCR solutions in customer environment Resolve issues reported by the customer. Work with engineering teams and other global resources. Create documentation Participate in pre-sales activities including demos, discussions, trade shows, etc.
To be successful in this role you will possess:

• College degree from a reputed college, preferably from a technical course
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Prior experience in Solution Design.
• Demonstrable decision-making skills.
• Experience with the following technologies –
  • Web (JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, React.js)
  • Database (MongoDB, SL Server)
  • Visual Studio (C#, .Net core)
  • Android Studio (preferred) or Xamarin
  • Python (preferred)
