Define Quality Engineering Vision and Implement Test Policy/Strategy

Recommend and Implement Testing Tools for an Enterprise by carrying out technical and cost benefit analysis

Design and Architect end-to-end Test Solutions based on technical or business problem



Knowledge Management:



Demonstrate thought leadership and improve services branding through development of whitepapers

"Change Strategy Support Develop change management strategies and plans aligned with project goals and organizational culture. Contribute to the mapping of change impacts to the ADKAR model or other frameworks. Stakeholder Engagement Help identify and segment stakeholders by role, department, and change impact level. Support stakeholder interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather insights and feedback. Communication Planning & Execution Create communications plans such as emails, newsletters, intranet posts, and presentations. Coordinate communication schedules and ensure timely delivery of messages. Training & Enablement Create in the design and delivery of training materials, job aids, and e-learning content. Track training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness metrics. Change Impact & Readiness Assessments Collate and analyze data from readiness and impact assessments. Help visualize findings using charts, dashboards, or sentiment analysis tools. Resistance Management Monitor feedback channels to identify resistance trends. Escalate concerns and support mitigation strategies under guidance from senior consultants. Project Coordination Maintain change management documentation, trackers, and action logs. Schedule and support meetings, workshops, and working sessions. Metrics & Reporting Assist in tracking KPIs related to adoption, engagement, and training. Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and project teams. Tool & Platform Support Use collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint, Miro) to manage change artifacts. Support the use of platforms like KyoFlow or other GenAI tools for synthesizing data and generating insights. Continuous Learning Stay updated on change management trends, tools, and methodologies. Participate in internal training, certifications, and mentoring sessions."
