Follow practices and procedures in analyzing a variety of business situations or data requiring a review of a variety of factors Work closely with other resources on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects Using professional concepts, implement our workforce management/human capital management software in various environments Proactively consult on best practice methodology, configuration design and build activities to ensure client success Solution presenting Configure software applications Collaborate with resources for project related decisions Utilize technical ability to prioritize issues and respond appropriately to multiple critical situations Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or a related field. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers and manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment with competing priorities. Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to work independently. A team player who is focused on providing an exemplary client centric experience. High Technical aptitude and ability to clearly communicate known issues. Experience working with client/server and/or Web Based technologies Expert MS Excel skills (including ability to creatively combine Advanced Formulae, Functions, perform VLOOKUP or INDEX + MATCH, nested IF Statements)
