Role Overview:
The Solution Consultant is responsible for implementing UKG products in customer environments. The successful candidate will utilize the defined implementation process and industry knowledge to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. The qualified applicant will implement and support products that UKG sells to its customers and will work closely with other team members to finalize tasks towards completing system implementations. The ideal candidate will also possess good client management skills.
Responsibilities:
Follow practices and procedures in analyzing a variety of business situations or data requiring a review of a variety of factors
Work closely with other resources on new client implementation, upgrade, and change order projects
Using professional concepts, implement our workforce management/human capital management software in various environments
Proactively consult on best practice methodology, configuration design and build activities to ensure client success
Solution presenting
Configure software applications
Collaborate with resources for project related decisions
Utilize technical ability to prioritize issues and respond appropriately to multiple critical situations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or a related field.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Up to 3 years of relevant experience.
Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers and manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment with competing priorities.
Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to work independently.
A team player who is focused on providing an exemplary client centric experience.
High Technical aptitude and ability to clearly communicate known issues.
Additional skills preferred
Experience working with client/server and/or Web Based technologies
HCM/WFM knowledge/experience would be valuable
Expert MS Excel skills (including ability to creatively combine Advanced Formulae, Functions, perform VLOOKUP or INDEX + MATCH, nested IF Statements)
