As a Solution Consultant, you'll work externally with clients to help identify their most pressing supply chain and operational challenges, and internally collaborate with your colleagues to design, develop, deploy, and support solutions. Consultants work on multifaceted projects that demand analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, effective communication, and strong interpersonal skills.

You'll work with clients to improve their strategies, processes, and operational alignment. Our focus is on technology-enabled business transformation. Projects range from short, multi-week assessments to phased multi-month design and implementations and everything in-between. The variety of projects provide consultants with a dynamic and highly challenging opportunity to grow and learn.

Inviting application for the role of Solution Consultant, Destination Growth

Your Role:

The Solution Consultant provides expert guidance to our clients on how to best implement and utilize Kinaxis / o9 Platform and other supply chain technology solutions to achieve sustained value.

Typical responsibilities include:

Work with client to brainstorm ideas and understand business requirements

Collaborate with the project team to design solutions and project plans to meet client needs

Configure solutions according to the functionality of the client's source systems

Resolve complex data and analytic configurations to ensure that the solution is producing the expected results

Integrate and customize planning solutions to satisfy client-specific processes and business requirements

Provide high levels of client service

Qualifications we seek in you!

Required - Bachelor's degree in engineering (CS/IT/Mechanical/Industrial)

Required - Knowledge of relational database concepts and structured query language (SQL)

Preferred - Post graduate certifications such as APICS-CPIM, CSCP or similar supply chain certifications

Preferred - For entry to o9 technology track knowledge of programming languages like MDX, T-SQL or similar), statistical, optimization and simulation skills through software tools and packages (R, SAS, CPLEX or similar).

Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire and demonstrated ability to learn self-directed

Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute in a team environment

An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus
