Our SAP Service Line is currently looking for industry-leading seasoned SAP S4 HANA OTC professionals with hands-on experience. The shortlisted candidate should have the ability to analyze technical needs and work with the customers to develop project scope of work documents and Project Plans.
You are required to have skills in the following areas:

• 10 to 15 yrs of SAP OTC experience in ECC /S4H and should have done at least 3-5 E2E on ECC 2 & 1 to3 S4H E2E Implementation / Conversion - Upgrade Project.
• Must have analytical skills across the modules for assessing business process scenarios.
• Should be well conversant with three levels of Normalization resulting in a to-be Data Flow Diagram. He should have a good understanding of functional(including statutory tax valid for the concerned industry/customer) & technical requirements w.r.t. the SAP Standard functionalities & the GAPS. Should be capable of discussing the RICEFW objects from a functional perspective.
• Good Experience in Conversion - Pre-Migration and Post-Migration Activities
• Good understanding of the end-to-end process with dependencies
• Process experience includes:

• Order Management + Pricing + Billing + Inter-company + Output Mgt + Enhancements
• Logistics execution + Shipment & Shipment Cost process - Stock Transfer process + Enhancements

Integration with other Modules: MM - WM/EWM - FICO - FSCM - PP-PM etc..

• EDI - IDOC's & ALE: Implementation & Support - Std + Enhancements
• Integration with: SAP products - APO - IBP - GTS - ARIBA, etc..
• Integration with: 3rd Party legacy System - WH Mgt Systems - SalesForce / CRM - any others

Additional skills: FSCM Credit Mgt - Customer Service - MTO - Variant Configuration - VMS / Transportation Mgt etc..
Add-on skills: Managing & leading Project team - (Offshore / Onsite Model), Lead workshops, Project risk Identification, etc..

• S4HANA experience/knowledge includes:
• Activate Methodolgy - using Best practise - Gap identification - E2E Design conceptualization - configure & develop solutions
• Business Partner: Conversion of Customer/Vendor - CVI integration - Role Application etc.
• New S4H Features (Pricing - ATP - Backorder process - Batch Mgt - BRF+), etc.
• New S4H Feature for 3PL Integration (Salesforce) etc..
• Should have a deep understanding of:
• Fiori Apps: Identify SAP std avlb - Dev. of Custom Tiles - Analytical apps.
• Fiori: Activation required apps on Fiori launchpad. Deep understanding of backend and frontend Fiori roles and data services
• Fiori: Work on CDS views (Master data and Transactional) for S/4HANA Embedded Operational Analytics.

• Should be able to Guide and Transform Customers on the S/4 HANA conversion/processes
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with internal and Customer stakeholders
• Excellent communication, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
