The Senior Financial Consultant is responsible for leading financial process design, advising clients on best?practice ERP financial workflows, and ensuring smooth implementation of NetSuite (or similar ERP) financial modules. This role requires strong domain expertise in accounting, financial planning, compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end?to?end implementation of finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Reports.
Analyze clients' existing financial processes and recommend scalable, industry?aligned solutions.
Configure Netsuite ERP financial components based on business requirements.
Collaborate closely with solution engineers, functional teams, and technical consultants.
Provide end?user training, and deployment support.
Review customizations and integrations from a financial controls perspective.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and process optimization post?go?live.
Maintain compliance alignment with GAAP/IFRS and internal audit standards.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years experience (2-3 for exceptional talent) in Netsuite ERP finance implementation.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial workflows.
Hands?on experience with NetSuite ERP.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and client?communication skills.
