Solution Architect

Job Summary:

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for developing the backend for our ERP and Point
of Sale solutions. The backend is predominantly composed of .NET 5 and .NET 8-based REST
APIs, cron jobs, messaging services, logging and monitoring, and other services on Azure. We are
looking for back-end solution architects with solid leadership and technical skills. Your
responsibilities will include technology consulting, build and upgrade back-end architectures,
developing APIs for product features, estimation of work, monitoring timely delivery with
quality, and mentoring team members.
As a leader you will be constantly interacting with the delivery team engineers, maintenance
team engineers, testers and business analysts. Your role will need to ensure friction free
working with the other engineering teams and meet product release deadlines. As a technology
enthusiast you should be able to significantly contribute in the product development and share
ideas for developing the best user experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Implement back-end design principles, patterns and best practices Build scalable back-end APIs using .NET Core, EF Core, PostgreSQL Ensuring scalability, performance and resilience of the application Take architectural decisions Create solution design documents Collaborate with product owner, developers, testers to ship features Work using Agile Scrum practices Identify technology trends and propose strategies and tactics for implementation

Essential Skills:

Reasonable experience in solution architecting and documenting Deep knowledge of REST API backends with layered architectures Proficiency in modern web technologies like .NET Core, EF Core Good understanding of software architectures, designs, and best practices Good understanding of Domain Driven Design, CQRS Reasonable understanding of web application security and OWASP Reasonable understanding of DevOps, APM and CI/CD Experience in a leading role in an agile environment Writing well-structured, efficient and maintainable code Affinity for web and microservices and cloud native technology stacks like Azure IaaS and PaaS services like Compute, Storage, Functions, Web App, Logic App, Event Hub, Event Grid etc. Team Player, able to provide input into a multifunctional team Open to welcome new challenges and ready to take on responsibilities
