Solution Architect - AI, Data Engineering & Scalable Messaging Solutions Employment Type: Full-Time About LMS LMS is a leader in delivering cutting-edge A2P messaging, SMS, and communication solutions. We are now expanding our capabilities to integrate the latest AI/LLM advancements, scalable data engineering pipelines, and modern AI agent technologies into our architecture to deliver market-leading products and services. We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong expertise in data engineering, database scalability, and AI/LLM-based solutions to design, integrate, and deliver next-gen communication and AI-driven platforms. Key Responsibilities

Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for our A2P messaging, SMS platforms, and AI-driven services.

Integrate latest AI/LLM technologies (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, AI agents) into existing messaging systems.

Design and implement data engineering pipelines for handling large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.

Build database architectures that are optimized for scalability, reliability, and high availability (SQL Server, NoSQL, distributed databases).

Collaborate with product teams to research, evaluate, and implement emerging AI tools, frameworks, and market trends.

Lead proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and prototype development for AI agent integrations and automation workflows.

Ensure all solutions follow industry standards, security practices, and compliance requirements.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, DevOps, and business analysts to deliver production-ready solutions. Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise

Programming & Backend: .NET Core / ASP.NET, C#, Java/Kotlin (Android), Python (AI/ML frameworks)

Data Engineering: ETL pipelines, big data processing (Apache Spark, Kafka, Databricks), batch & streaming data architectures

Databases: MS SQL Server, NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis), distributed database systems

AI/LLM & Agents: OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG (RetrievalAugmented Generation), Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate)

Messaging Systems: SMPP protocol, A2P SMS architecture, Google Messages automation, messaging queue systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka) 1

Cloud & On-Premises: Hybrid architecture design, deployment on third-party cloud providers and on-premises Windows Server environments

Scalability & Performance: Caching strategies, sharding, load balancing, high availability solutions

Integration Skills: REST APIs, Webhooks, Microservices architecture Soft Skills

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Ability to research and adopt latest AI/market trends

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work cross-functionally and lead solution design discussions Preferred Experience

Building and deploying AI-powered conversational agents

Designing AI-assisted data analytics pipelines

Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD
