We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect who will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, platform governance, technical strategy, and implementation leadership across Salesforce clouds. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Integration Architecture, Data Modeling, and Salesforce Security with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own the overall solution architecture across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, etc.)
Analyze business requirements and design scalable, reusable, and high-performance technical solutions on Salesforce.
Lead end-to-end technical design, including data models, integration methods, process automation, and security frameworks.
Provide technical governance, enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
Oversee and guide the development team on Apex, LWC, Triggers, Integration Services, and declarative components.
Architect and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (Mulesoft/Boomi), Streaming APIs, and external systems.
Design and optimize Salesforce data models, sharing rules, role hierarchy, and platform security.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
Review code, conduct performance optimizations, and ensure robust error handling & reliability.
Evaluate new Salesforce features, releases, and recommend platform enhancements.
Ensure that architectural decisions align with enterprise standards, security policies, and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development & architecture.
Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Deep understanding of Salesforce Integration Patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven).
Expertise in Salesforce Data Architecture, including LDV design, data governance, and indexing.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Bitbucket, Git).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, OAuth, SSO, and Identity.
Experience implementing Salesforce multi-org strategy, CI/CD, and deployment architecture.
Ability to create high-level architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical documentation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
