We are seeking an experienced

Solution Architect

specializing in Salesforce Vlocity to join our team.


You will be instrumental in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to the energy and utility sectors. This role requires deep expertise in Energy and Utility Cloud and Vlocity CPQ to optimize client systems and processes. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable and efficient architectures. Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions using Energy and Utility Cloud and Vlocity CPQ Develop scalable and sustainable architecture solutions aligned with industry best practices Provide subject matter expertise in Salesforce, Energy and Utility Cloud, and Vlocity CPQ to guide project teams Configure and customize Salesforce and Vlocity CPQ to meet specific client requirements and ensure smooth system integration Integrate Salesforce solutions with other systems using APIs and data integration methods Perform thorough testing, quality assurance, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality deliverables Prepare detailed documentation including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides Engage with clients to gather feedback, resolve concerns, and provide ongoing support and guidance Lead technical discussions and work independently to drive solution design and implementation

Requirements

Extensive experience of 9 to 13 years in solution architecture with a focus on Salesforce Vlocity Proven expertise in implementing and configuring Vlocity CPQ Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components Familiarity with integration tools and technologies such as REST and SOAP APIs and middleware solutions Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations critically Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams Capability to work independently and lead technical discussions
