Job Description

:

9-12 Years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation

Proven experience with multi-cloud Salesforce environments (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing)

Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and platform APIs

Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP), middleware (MuleSoft, Informatica), and AppExchange products

Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, and source control (Git)

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, and role hierarchy

Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations and large-scale digital transformation initiatives

Expertise in Salesforce DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation using tools like Copado, Gearset, and Salesforce DX

Proficiency in complex integration architectures, middleware solutions, and API optimization for enterprise-scale data synchronization

Experience with performance optimization, governor limit management, and asynchronous processing for high-volume Salesforce environments

Ability to design scalable solutions including custom applications, integrations, automation, and analytics

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Desired Skills:

Experience with Salesforce Health Check, Shield, and data compliance/security controls

Exposure to Agile and SAFe methodologies and use of tools like Jira and Confluence

Familiarity with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, and unlocked packages

Pay: ₹2,700,000.00 - ₹3,900,000.00 per year
