Overview

Seeking an experienced Solution Architect - Blue Yonder ESP (Enterprise Supply Planning) with a strong consulting background to design, implement, and support enterprise-scale supply chain planning solutions. This role requires deep functional expertise in supply chain management, hands-on experience with Blue Yonder ESP, and the ability to partner effectively with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver end-to-end Blue Yonder ESP solutions to optimize enterprise supply chain planning and execution. Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into effective technical and functional solution designs aligned with business objectives. Configure, customize, and enhance Blue Yonder ESP to meet complex business requirements. Collaborate with functional, technical, and project teams to define test strategies, test cases, and support implementation activities. Partner with business stakeholders to define testing scenarios and validate solution outcomes. Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve process efficiency and system performance. Lead and support integrations between Blue Yonder ESP, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, adoption, and satisfaction. Develop and deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams. Provide consulting leadership across all project phases, including solution design, implementation, change management, and post-go-live (hyper-care) support.
Required Qualifications

10-15 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Consultant with a strong focus on Blue Yonder (JDA) ESP. Proven consulting experience with the ability to engage stakeholders and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions. Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes and industry best practices. Hands-on expertise in Blue Yonder ESP configuration and customization. Strong technical skills, including Oracle database concepts, PL/SQL scripting, systems infrastructure, and SDLC methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Blue Yonder ESP certification is preferred.

Pay: ?5,000,000.00 - ?6,500,000.00 per year
