Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Solution Architect

with strong expertise in healthcare technology and cloud-native architectures. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to

NHS/healthcare projects

, deep knowledge of

FHIR R4 UK, SNOMED CT

, and proven experience designing secure, scalable solutions in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant architectures for healthcare projects. Drive solutioning with

MIG connectors, EMR integration, and interoperability standards

. Collaborate with frontend and backend teams, ensuring smooth coordination (Material UI). Work within Agile delivery frameworks (Rally or similar tools). Define and implement data interoperability standards with

FHIR R4 UK and SNOMED CT

. Lead architectural design on

AWS Cloud

including Secrets Manager, containerization, and cloud-native patterns. Establish robust

authentication frameworks and access control models

. Implement

asynchronous data aggregation, caching, and performance optimization strategies

. Guide development teams in

mono-repo and CI/CD pipeline best practices

. Communicate architectural decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years

of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role. Strong healthcare domain knowledge (NHS, EMR, CDS regulatory frameworks). Deep expertise in

FHIR R4 UK, SNOMED CT, and healthcare interoperability

. Hands-on experience with

AWS architecture, Secrets Manager, containerization, and cloud-native solutions

. Proficiency in

frontend-backend integration

(Material UI). Proven track record of leading large-scale, secure system designs in regulated environments. Familiarity with

Agile project management tools

(Rally preferred). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
