Organization: An Indian Multinational Pharmaceutical CompanyJob Title: Solution ArchitectFunction: Digital TeamLocation: HyderabadReports to: Head Digital COEKey Role Requirements: 8-12 years of relevant industry experience, with 3 years in end-to-end solution architectureAbout Digital Team:- The Digital Team leads our digital transformation journey and focuses on continuous process improvement and innovation across all functions and operations.Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage technical architecture analysis, design, and development of new functionality and integration within SAP ecosystems.- Design solution extensions based on customer requirements and guide the development team.- Ensure technical integrity of projects, adherence to solution standards, and alignment with product development standards.- Participate in product roadmap and strategy discussions, and contribute to test plan design and automation efforts.- Collaborate with technical teams for compatibility with other components interfacing with Next Labs Entitlement Manager for SAP Business Suite.- Lead customer solution deliveries, mentor team members, and ensure successful project outcomes.Qualifications We Prefer:Education: B.Tech/M.TechWork Experience: 8-12 years of relevant industry experience, with 3 years in end-to-end solution architectureSkills Important for the Job:Technical:- Architecting custom applications using Open-Source technologies (Python, Java, REACT, Jscript, APIs, Content Management Platforms, databases, etc.)- Database concepts - transactional/analytical OLTP/OLAP- Cloud-native applications, AWS/Azure/GCP, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Agile, DevOps.- Architecture frameworks and practices such as TOGAF, modelling tools like UML and BPMN, and application integration technologies.- Understanding of Big Data analytics and ML algorithms.Behavioural:- Reasoning and analytical ability- Leadership skills- Agility and attention to detail- Good communication skillsBenefits Offered:We offer benefits including emotional, physical, and mental well-being programs, insurance coverage, and learning and development opportunities.Culture:Joining our team means becoming part of an environment that values making an impact, fosters professional freedom, and promotes continual learning and growth.
