Key Responsibilities

Power Apps Solution Strategy & Architecture: Define and lead the end-to-end technical

architecture, design, and implementation of complex Power Apps (Canvas & Modeldriven)

solutions, leveraging Dataverse as the primary data source.

Power Apps Governance & Best Practices: Establish and enforce best practices,

architectural standards, and governance models (DLP, Security, Monitoring, CoE) specific

to Power Apps environments, focusing on environment strategy and app lifecycle

management.

Requirements Alignment: Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders

to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable

Power Apps designs.

Advanced Power Apps Development & Integration: Design and develop advanced

components, including PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls, and design

integration points for Power Apps with external systems using custom connectors, REST

APIs, and Azure Functions.

Platform Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Power Apps: Define and implement

Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategies for Power Apps, utilizing Azure

DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, and managed/unmanaged solutions to ensure smooth and

controlled deployments.

Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Act as the technical lead, providing guidance,

conducting code reviews, and mentoring a team of Power Apps developers.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in architecting, developing, and deploying

solutions focused heavily on Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and

Dataverse.

Architectural Expertise: Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale solution

architecture for low-code applications, including security models, data governance

strategies, and UI/UX best practices within Power Apps.

Power Platform Governance (Power Apps Focus): Deep knowledge of Power Platform

Governance, specifically implementing DLP policies, security configurations, and

environment strategies tailored for large-scale Power Apps deployments.

Advanced Power Apps Development Skills:

Expertise in

PCF (Power Apps Component Framework)

development.

Proficiency in basic JavaScript for client-side scripting and control manipulation within Power Apps.

Strong background in integrating Power Apps with external data sources using custom connectors and leveraging REST APIs and JSON Parsing

DevOps & ALM: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for implementing ALM and setting up CI/CD Pipelines specifically for Power Apps and Dataverse solutions.

Leadership & Communication:

Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Hold one or more Microsoft Power Platform Certifications directly related to Power Apps or Architecture (e.g.,PL-400,PL-600).

Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development methodology.
