Description:
CTG is seeking to fill a Solution Architect - Oracle Cloud HCM position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 4 months
Duties:
Lead the design and implementation of integrated Oracle Cloud HCM solutions that align with business objectives.
Analyze business requirements and recommend innovative solutions using best practices and product expertise.
Architect and design technology solutions across multiple HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management.
Provide direction and oversight to project teams and influence key customer decisions.
Support business development by identifying new opportunities and project extensions.
Skills:
Define and implement integration architecture using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and HCM Data Loader.
Lead end-to-end integration design for HCM modules.
Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and third parties on solution design.
Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and Web Services.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and integration analysts.
Develop test plans and perform unit, system, and integration testing; troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
Experience:
Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, integrations, and architecture design.
Proven track record leading complex, multi-module projects.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership decisions.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
