Description:
CTG is seeking to fill a Solution Architect - Oracle Cloud HCM position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Duties:
Lead the design and implementation of integrated Oracle Cloud HCM solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
Analyze business requirements to ensure solution alignment with strategic goals and industry best practices.
Provide architectural direction and oversight to project teams throughout implementation and delivery phases.
Evaluate and select appropriate methodologies and techniques to deliver technical solutions and resolve complex customer issues.
Collaborate with client leadership to influence key design and technology decisions.
Support business development activities by identifying opportunities for solution enhancements and extensions.
Skills:
Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Absence Management, and Oracle Learning Management (OLM).
Strong hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and data conversions.
Proficiency in BIP Reports, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Familiarity with personalizations, web services, roles, and security configurations.
Strong understanding of HCM business processes and integration across multiple modules.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) is a plus.
Experience:
8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, with at least 3 years in Oracle Cloud HCM.
Proven experience leading solution architecture design and technical delivery across HCM modules.
Demonstrated success working in client-facing roles and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
