Reporting Relationship: Project Manager

Role Summary: Results-driven IT leader, seeking to leverage vast experience in Solution, Presales, Bid Management, Commercials. Bringing forth the ability to effectively manage Solution & Presales functions to achieve business priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in tendering large turnkey projects for Govt./Indian Railways / Metro/Smart Cities/Public Sector.
• Must have experience in technical solution architecting or customer facing situations and should have been part of multiple successful deals in the past 5 years.
• Must have at least 5 -10 years recent relevant experience in solution architecting, design, implementation and technical management in the following domains (certifications preferable)

IP Networks involving IP addressing, Routing & Switching * Data center and IT infrastructure equipment, Load balancer, DCIM, SSL, SAN etc.

Understanding of Infrastructure security like firewall, IPS, End point security and tools like SIEM etc * Knowledge of IP telephony and Unified communication would be desirable

Smart and Safe City Solutions like ICCC, ATCS, ITMS, ANPR, VMS VA, Smart Parking, Smart Metering etc * Experience of Solution document preparation and customer interaction for solution defense presentation

• Expertise in Understanding and working of commercial aspects of bidding on MS Excel.

Experience of E-Bidding / E-Auction / Reverse Auction etc. for turnkey tenders. * Interpersonal and people management skills

• Capability to keep high team spirit
• Willingness to accept challenging work in high pressure situation
• High level of attention to detail in reading and accuracy of interpretation

Prerequisites:

Qualification -B.Sc / M.SC / B.Tech / BE / BCA / MCA.

Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10+ Years of experience in Presales & Bid Management in IT & IP Network Products.
