Description

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to lead solution design, ensure architectural integrity, and guide engineering teams across the full delivery lifecycle. This role requires strong technical expertise in .NET, React, cloud-native architectures, and effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. The Solution Architect will drive architecture governance, best practices, reviews, documentation, and continuous modernization.

Responsibilities

Lead solution design with engineering, product, QA, and cross-functional teams Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and reusable components Present and secure approvals for architectural proposals Enable collaboration across backend, frontend, DevOps, data, and integration teams Conduct code reviews for .NET, React, and related components (including MongoDB) Review performance testing strategies for scalability and reliability Validate release plans for technical readiness Define and maintain engineering best practices Identify outdated technologies and recommend modern alternatives Compare and evaluate frameworks and solutions based on business/technical needs Define upgrade paths for libraries, infrastructure, and integrations Prepare and present change requests to CAB for approvals Ensure architecture and solutions meet SOX and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate and updated architecture diagrams, component docs, data flows, and decision records

Requirements

13+ years of software engineering experience, including 4-5 years as a Solution Architect Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, React, API design, MongoDB, SQL Expertise in cloud architecture (GCP/Azure/AWS), microservices, messaging, CI/CD, and DevOps Experience with code quality and performance testing tools Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities * Hands-on experience with architecture documentation tools
