An Ideal Candidate:
The organization is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of strategic business process automation initiatives. This role is responsible for defining the overall architecture, guiding technology selection, ensuring seamless system integration, and providing technical leadership to development teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise architecture and cloud strategy, with a proven ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business goals. Working closely with stakeholders, the Solution Architect will play a key role in shaping the organization's technology roadmap and driving digital transformation efforts across complex environments.
Key Competencies:
1. Define and articulate the target state automation architecture for pharmaceutical business processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and security best practices.
2. Lead the technology selection process for automation platforms, tools, and services, with a strong emphasis on AWS and Python/Node-based solutions.
3. Design robust and scalable integration strategies between various existing systems.
4. Ensure the security, compliance, and performance of automation solutions by incorporating best practices for data privacy and system resilience.
5. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural blueprints and quality standards.
6. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across business, IT, and clinical teams to understand requirements, address concerns, and communicate technical solutions.
7. Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and integration flows.
8. Identify and evaluate emerging automation technologies and trends relevant to the pharmaceutical industry, offering recommendations for innovation and improvement.
9. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert guidance for efficient resolution.
10. Collaborate with other LRL architects and enterprise architects to align with the overall enterprise architectural vision and guidelines.
