We actively design with our digital product families the future of industrial production towards IoT. To technically support our OEM customers with the integration of our products into industrial automation architectures you will build the future with our digital motor starters and motor management solutions.

Job responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 In close cooperation with our OEM and end users sales force, you develop customer specific solutions for the integration of our motor starter and motor management solutions into automation architectures

\xc2\xb7 Your competence and our innovative digital solutions will bring IoT to our customers

\xc2\xb7 Customer will rely on your knowledge and support (remotely and on-site) during the selection and integration of our products into complex automation architectures, especially also into 3rd party automation solutions.

\xc2\xb7 With the local product manager, you will drive product specific campaigns (e.g. new product launches) in the region (incl. generation and update of promotion materials, videos, blog entries and white papers)

\xc2\xb7 You will animate sales teams for related products by providing full information and training on products, competitive advantages, added value, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Global R&D and project teams will rely on your structured market information, trends, and direct customer feedback to develop and enlarge our product basket.

\xc2\xb7 Attend fairs and other internal and external events where you will present our digital solutions to internal and external customers.

\xc2\xb7 As part of the global Schneider Family and the worldwide team of System Application Experts you will create and share your success stories.

\xc2\xb7 Additional scope can expand to take up IMCC implementation while closely working with end user and consultant team and close collaboration with IA and Digital Energy platforms

Qualifications

Skills:

\xc2\xb7 Interest and passion for new technologies, digitalization and Internet of Things

\xc2\xb7 Have an open, creative, strategic and entrepreneurial mindset

\xc2\xb7 Be open for new concepts, persevering and self-confident

\xc2\xb7 Thorough knowledge on motor switching component selection, operation and functionality

\xc2\xb7 Eager to work in a multi-cultural team

\xc2\xb7 Know how to use the marketing tools & methods

\xc2\xb7 Professional presentation skills

\xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate effectively by listening and sharing information with internal and external customers and colleagues

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) in English

Experience

8-12 years of experience in sales and/or marketing / solution support
