Design and implement modern data platforms leveraging Azure Synapse/Fabric, AWS, GCP, Databricks, or Snowflake. Define and drive data architecture strategies covering data modeling, integration, and analytics. Lead data platform modernization initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into actionable data solutions. Conduct workshops, presentations, and technical discussions to align stakeholders on data strategies. Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving satisfaction and long-term collaboration. Develop scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and real-time data processing solutions. Implement robust data governance, security, and compliance measures for sensitive data protection. Optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of data platforms. Provide strategic consulting on data transformation, cloud migration, and analytics modernization. Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement through detailed platform assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior members and fostering skill growth. Contribute to the Center of Excellence (CoE) by developing best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets.

Skills and Experience Required:

IT experience, with strong expertise in architecting and implementing data platforms on cloud environments. Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse/Fabric, AWS Redshift, GCP BigQuery, Databricks, or Snowflake. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT design, data warehousing, and real-time analytics. Proficiency in cloud-native tools, data security, governance, and compliance frameworks. Experience in consulting engagements, client advisory, and stakeholder management. Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities. * Proven track record of driving data platform innovation and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade data solutions.
