Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Solution Architect

to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architecture design, software development, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architectural design and end-to-end technical solutions across projects and business functions. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust architectural solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend appropriate innovations and tools. Define solution blueprints, technical specifications, integration strategies, and deployment architecture. Collaborate with software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure alignment and technical feasibility. Ensure adherence to architectural standards, best practices, security policies, and compliance frameworks. Guide development teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Support project planning, effort estimation, and technical risk assessment. Create documentation including architecture diagrams, interface specifications, and data flow maps.

Technical Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience in solution architecture, systems integration, and enterprise IT environments. Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.). Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), microservices, APIs, and DevOps practices. Experience with enterprise systems like ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM, PLM, or engineering tools (for EPC industries). Proficiency in modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, UML, Visio). Strong understanding of databases, data architecture, and middleware platforms. Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications such as AWS/Azure Certified Architect, TOGAF, or PMP are preferred.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in large-scale digital transformation or enterprise modernization projects. Exposure to industry-specific challenges in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, EPC, or Utilities. Background in application modernization, system re-engineering, or cloud migration is a strong advantage.
